2023 Christmas gift. The inside lining is torn from top to bottom. It gets used every day, is comfortable and looks nice. Material quality is poor and does not reflect the price. The expensive for it to tear in 5 months. If you don't mind it only lasting a few months buy, but if you are expecting a long-term lasting item don't buy.

The robe runs a little big so you may want to order one size down. So far so god on the quality. I am a cigar smoker and did not expect this product to protect my clothes at all which it didn’t, however is did handle ash well. This is good for what its good for and i am pleased with my purchase.

LOOKS IMPRESSIVE LOOKING ENOUGH WHEN FIRST OUT OF PACKAGING, BUT HAD TO BE RETURNED AS THE STITCHING SOON CAME AWAY FROM BOTH SATIN ARMPIT REGIONS. SHOCKED TO SEE THAT AN ITEM COSTING THIS PREMIUM PRICE HAS LABEL STITCHED INSIDE MADE IN CHINA...THEREFORE CHEAPLY MADE AND OBSCENELY OVERPRICED. NEVER WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS ITEM A SECOND GLANCE HAD I KNOWN IN ADVANCE ITS ORIGIN. OTHER REVIEWERS NOTED THE BAGGY ARMS AS WELL, WHICH EASILY GOT CAUGHT ON DOOR HANDLES AND STAIRWAY HANDRAILS, BUT THE SHODDY QUALITY IS THE MAIN COMPLAINT....EVEN IF IT WERE 80% CHEAPER IT IS STILL NOT WORTH IT.......NICE IDEA BUT SO POORLY EXECUTED & CRIMINALLY PRICED CONSIDERING ITS MANUFACTURE CREDENTIALS .

This is a nice robe for the price. The lining is heavenly. The Velour is a bit scratchier than I thought it would be; however, that is not a big deal. The jacket is very warm and feels nice and heavy. It feels like a quality jacket. My main problem with the jacket is that it turned out longer than I was hoping for it to be. Also, it is seems to be a lot more purple than the dark burgundy that I was expecting as well as fits a bit looser than I was planning as well. I will be buying another smoking jacket which better fits what I was looking for. That said, this jacket will certainly remain a prominent member of my wardrobe and I will continue to use it as my reading jacket :)
