Great trousers! My one complaint is that for high waisted pants, the zipper is VERY short. It is a struggle to use the bathroom.

Oh my goodness, these pants remind me of my dad. I'm retired but clearly remember my father wearing similar pants. I'm judging these pants against the ones my dad wore, which (I'm sure) were 100% wool. These are a polyester blend, so they don't have quite the same quality look and it is unlikely that they will hold up as well as his, which he seemed to wear for many years. However, the style is similar. Also, these are reasonably priced.In my mind they look very retro and masculine. However, I showed them to my daughter, who thought they looked more feminine. Why? A fashion trend in women's pants is the front pleat that was the hallmark of men's pants in the 50s and 60s! Funny how fashion trends work. Anyway, I like these pants. I think I'll wear them with a white shirt... hmmm, I wonder if I have any suspenders in my closet!

They are very nice trousers all the way down to the knees. After that, they are what kids these days would call skinny jeans. They hug my calf so tightly I could not pull them off without help from my wife. If I were a hipster, I'd give them 5 stars.Update: I was unfair in my initial two-star review. These pants are very nice quality, and my adult son was happy to take them off of my hands, Had I done better research, I would have realized that tapered legs are in style. As a 57-year-old man, I am a bit stuck with traditional ideas concerning my wardrobe. The seller very kindly offered a full refund, just based upon my review (which I did not accept), so customer service is also top notch! And my 22-year-old loves the pants.

Some of the the other reviews were "iffy", but I took the chance. I am greatly surprised at the good quality and comfortable weight. I liked them so much I ordered another color.
