I have a 2021 mako pro skiff 19 with a mercury 115 pro xs. The factory transom saver got the job done but was a pain to take on and off. This device was Sooooo simple to install and increased stability of my outboard, and doesn't sit under my drain plugs. I wish I would have found this transom saver when I first bought the boat 2 years ago!

The unit is easy to install and fits really well on the bracket stabilizes the motor and prevents any damage

Just an heads up for shoppers who have been waiting for this motormate model-This newly released motormate for Mercury 4-strokes will not prevent left to right movement for my 2004 115 Mercury EFI 4-Stroke with no hydraulic steering. I am not sure what exact models it will work for but it will not work for the Mercury 115ELPT4SAnyone (or motormate) confirm if the 115-200 2-stroke mate will work on a 2004Merc 115 EFI 4-stroke? Motormate customer service said it "should" as the yoke measurements are pretty similar. Be nice if someone can confirm this before I buy another one. Thank you.
