Typical Merrill high quality. No issues. The nuts on the bottom side are not captive. I would suggest replacing the bolts with stainless steel bolts and nuts. If you want to do it extra right, then get some nylock nuts or glue the nuts into the recessed housing on the bottom side.

Good overall. NPT threads needed to be retapped a bit once I got them, which was my only concern. I wanted a metal one, but all of them are splits. Got this one for my well project and it's better than I thought it would be. I recommend it.
