Bought for my wife. It's very solid and well made. It drop right into the reformer sockets. Wife says it gives a great workout. High energy but low impact.

The tramp is great. I have the home reformer spy and it fits in great. Just make sure you order the correct tramp. There is one for the home reformer and a different one for the professional. They look identical but are about 1" difference in width.I've found that many of the jump board exercises can be incorporated for a tramp workout.There is no intro dvd that comes with this product.

Love this - it didn't come with instructions but easy enough to use and gives a great workout, in my opinion, with no/low impact to joints.
