Lasted about 4 runs before the screw fell out and the spring unwinded. Luckily the motor wasn't running when that happened. I ended up using the metal piece on my original starter. Put locktite on the screw before you run it and it might last.

I'm sure it's not the companies practice to send defective items however this item showed up quickly but did not work. Bolted u can fine tried to pull it and it just spun not catching flywheel to engage in a start.

I'm sure it works fine for the correct type engine but if you need a new pullstart for rovan 5b 36cc, It is not compatible.
