Great adhesion. These pads help to keep my feet from sliding forward in my shoes. They are comfortable, and now my toes don’t extend out over the front of my shoes.

i purchased these foot cushions because I developed a callous on the ball of my foot due to so much walking this summer. These cushy pads brought the wonderful relief my foot was looking for. I put it in my tennis shoe and it stayed in place even without taking off the plastic that covers the sticky part as I wanted to be able to put it in different tennis shoes as needed.

upon opening, I noticed it was rather heavy. I opened them and was pleasantly surprised about the quality and that tjere was 2 pair! used them to go to dinner tonight and wow, so comfy! great product and thank you! I've ordered another

Incredible cushion for those heels that dig into the ball of your foot. The package comes with two pairs and you can see the thickness and quality of them right off the bat. I am using them for my wedding in a few months!
