The hinges are loose with no way to tighten them, so it doesn't stay where you set it which makes it completely useless.

Sturdyly built to hold any kind of mic weight... I initially got this to test it's ability but am so keeping it..I've recommended it to a friend and he's getting his immediately. I don't know about you but the silver is so cute and unique, so go get yours now.

.Wow - better than expected.Quality metal material in a clever folding design. I have some device stands that are made of the same style so I thought it would be an aesthetically pleasing addition to the office decor and should function in a basic way.Better than imagined - This stand is a real functional part of the desktop now. It holds very well. It holds up a Neumann 103 !Best of all - no springs like on the traditional broadcast mic arms. Even the most quiet ones are susceptible to boings and creaking at the worst moment !

I directly Asked if it Came with a Shock-Mount for a Microphone, and was told it did. It Does not have A Shock-Mount to hold a Microphone, it does have other mounts and holders, but not what I asked about. The Arm is Very Solid and I will keep it, I will have to buy a Mount for my Professional Microphone.

This looks nice on the desk and is very compact. My only concern is how well it holds up when there doesnt seem to be any way to tighten the joints. So far it doesnt seem to loose at all and is very strudy.
