  • Michigan Motorsports LS3 Rocker Arms with Bronze Trunion Bushing Bearings Professionally Installed These Performance LS3 Intake Rocker Arms feature offset fulcrum for use on LS3,L99 L76 L92 LS9 LSA "Rec Port" cylinder heads. They have New Trunion Bearings Professionally Installed and include new bolts for installation.
  • Whether you have a stock LS motor or a highly modified LS motor, replacing your rockers with a true roller bearing setup is highly recommended. The stock bearings have a tenancy to fail. These rocker arms are a must have for any aggressive heads and cam combo and are the same rockers we utilize on our 1,000 hp Turbo Motor.
  • We utilize rocker arms and new LS rocker arm retro-fit trunion kit that replaces the cageless, loose OEM needle bearings and powdered metal trunion with a premium 8620 steel alloy trunion and caged roller bearings for added durability. The new design utilizes caged roller bearings that greatly reduce the possibility of the bearing failure experienced with stock LS needle bearings, which can send loose needles throughout the engine upon failure.
  • This kit includes: 16 LS3 Series Rocker Arms and rocker LS3 Rocker arm bolts.
  • Install the upgraded rocker arms to the cylinder heads using the new socket head bolts supplied. Be sure to rotate the trunion so that the flat recess side of the trunion's center hole faces upward (the socket head cap screw must seat against this recessed flat side of the hole). Tighten the bolts to a value of 22 ft-lbs, following the OE installation procedure.

Installation Made Easy - "Bolt-On Performance in Minutes"

Installation Procedure:

  1. Remove factory rocker arms and press out OEM needle bearings.
  2. Check each rocker arm and clean off any dirt or debris.
  3. Install upgraded trunnion while firmly pressing high-strength bronze bushing into each rocker arm using included washers.
  4. Install clips (2 per rocker) on each rocker arm.
  5. Torque everything to spec for a secure, high-performance fit.

Bronze trunions failed during brand new engine break in process. They were installed correctly, torqued in correct sequence and engine was primed before first fire. 8 out of the 16 had significant play left to right and were making all kinds of noise. They look great, the quality i question. Hopefully they make things right.

Should have taken the sparkplugs out to make turning the engine by hand easier to get the rocker off the cam lobes. Direct fit for my 2012 6.2 LS3. Do them one at a time. Assembly lube for sure.No issues.
