Ground from solid carbide, Micro 100's Profiling Tools are offered uncoated or with AlTiN coating for added lubricity and increased wear resistance in difficult to machine materials.

Standard Axial Profiling Tools

Micro 100's fully stocked, solid carbide axial profiling tools for turning applications are engineered for both radial and axial profiling and feature a coolant-fed enabled shank design. Further, this tool is engineered with split geometry to make the tool as rigid as possible.

Standard Radial Profiling Tools

This Micro 100 solid carbide Radial Profiling Tool is also an excellent choice for fine finishing, and can even be used in thread relief applications. AlTiN coated option provides added lubricity and increased wear resistance in difficult-to-machine materials.

Standard Angled Profiling Tools
