I bought a bow flex curling and straight bar a few months ago. Bar and system is great but the weights go up in 10 pound increments. I bought the 2.5 pound plates and they fit and work great! Now going up in 5 pound increments instead of 10 pounds. I would highly recommend this product.

Great idea, weight was fine. Feel like it was not as good a value for money. Fit was not perfect for my dumbbells and was not enough clearance for my hands

Works great! Really helps add a little weight on a cable or fixed barbells or dumbells. I'd recommend this product.

Very pricey and they only work on weights heavier then 40 lbs so no good for me as my heaviest is a 40 was wanting to use these to go in between all my weights 😳

Maybe I didnt read the description properly, but ordered and returned since they dont fit the amazon basics dumbbells which are the ones I have. They seemed well made and useful, hence 4stars!

I don’t normally write product reviews, but these are so clever and so well-made I had to give a quick shout out. I use the new Bill adjustable dumbbells so there is not a lot of space for your hand and anything else. Shown here are the 2.5 pound weights, which fit perfectly with plenty of room for my hand. I did purchase the 1.25 pound weights originally thinking I could get two of them on there, but it was too tight. I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue with a standard non-adjustable dumbbell. They are super thin, discreet, easy to carry in a gym bag. They have a spring loaded mechanism that prevents them from spinning or slipping on the handle as well. A bit pricey but considering it effectively gives you incremental dumbbells across your entire weight stack, for me it was a good investment.

Very easy and effective weight to gradually increase your lift. easy on and off the dumb bell. I also put them on the weight stack to increase the lift on the cable machine.A bit expensive, but you will enjoy the extra 2.5 lbs

I bought these as my gym doesn’t have incremental weight for dumbbells of 100lbs+ (ie: 100, then 110, then 120, 130, 140, etc - no 5lb increments in between). I wanted to love these, but, unfortunately on dumbbells of this size the micro gainz incremental weights barely fit to the point that there’s a real danger of them falling off mid-set (it almost smacked me in the face during incline dumbbell press when on 120lbs dumbbells). It’s also worth noting that these “alter” your grip on the dumbbell itself so you may need to adjust as it could feel awkward at first. Lastly, and it’s likely due to them barely fitting on larger sized dumbbells, they were often pinching and scraping and pinching the skin along my thumb, index finger, and even part of my wrist.I put these on smaller 60lbs dumbbells just to see how they fit, and they fit much better and seem to be secure, however, that’s not what I needed them for unfortunately. Because they seemingly work well on smaller sized dumbbells I’m not going to trash the product or give it 1 star, but I do wish to warn others who are in my situation and wanting these for heavier weights.I believe these may work better and be more secure with some-type of ratchet & lock design rathet than being spring-loaded.
