Not a permanent fix for your RROD if your having a hardware problem. My xbox didnt even turn on -_-. It doesn't even have the same plug as my first original power supply.

Although it says it's 220v on the actual power supply, it did work fine with 110. So I'm happy and satisfied.

Product worked great. Might give you a power issue at first but the customer service is excellent so you're ensured to get what you want one way or another (also, it's easily fixed by leaving it plugged in to the console and powered off for a day). Would recommend.

Usually I don't like reviews that are rated low because of individual sellers instead of the product, but I'm pretty sure that all ads for xbox 360 1st gen power supplies are fake. I have now ordered 2 different 1st gen xbox power supplies from 2 different sellers and both times recieved a 2nd gen, 175 watt charger. Also, the sellers asked that I pay the $18 return shipping for the $25 product. Don't even bother looking for one of these chargers on amazon, its a wild goose chase.

I got this adapter for my European xbox 360 unit. The unit used to operate on 220V, but after moving to North America I needed to buy a new adapter since the voltage is different. I was afraid it might not work out because I got my xbox from overseas, but so far I had no troubles at all, both the adapter and the xbox 360 unit are working in perfect harmony. I was encouraged to buy this item because it's an original piece (has Microsoft label on it).Overall, I'm happy with this adapter and I recommend it if you're having troubles with yours.

Nowhere in the description does this say its a refurbished product. Mine came today in a USPS flat rate envelope with no packing material and the Post office machines ate it. When I opened the plastic bag that it was placed in the product just slipped out. It was all wrapped in a green bag like OEM however the plugs still have the previous owner's name written on it. Why I'm really angry is because nowhere is it listed this is a possible refurb or even just plain used item. I have no idea. I could have had the exact same product but purchased from Ebay for $20 less. I don't even care that it works or not. Its the bait and switch that has me right now.
