The MIDTEN quick release Picatinny Bipod arrived promptly. I have read the instruction pamphlet and am satisfied with the product instructions. I handled the Bipod and checked it for movement. All the moving parts seem to be well fit and smoothly move through the described movements. Fitment instructions to attach to the Picatinny rail are clear and simple.KL (3/4/2025)

I am really impressed with the quality of this tripod. Light and very sturdy. Easy to use and versitile adjustments.Seems to be constructed very well. Just as good as much pricier bipods.I definitely recommend this one.

I like to have tilt and pan features in my bipod, with the tilt being most important. Then, if possible, I like the ability to lock the legs not only at 90 degrees, but also at 45 (half way forward) and 135 degrees (half way back). This is the reason why I purchased this bipod, and this particular feature works very well. However, the tilt and pan feature DO NOT work well. If the knob is sufficiently unscrewed to be able to pan, the tilt feature is completely lose and the rifle is unsupported at all, dropping right or left. But also, it is extremely difficult to adjust the knob so the tilt feature works (with some resistance so the rifle is not wobbly). When you manage to do this, the tilt is not continuous but feels ratchet like, and in addition, it will be too tight for the pan feature to work (it will be locked). So I do not recommend you buy this rifle if a smooth, well working tilt and pan are important to you.

Wasn't sure if it was going to fit on my crossbow but it locked into the stock and fits well.

The bipod is sturdy enough for average use. The adjustments are easier to make than on any other bipods I've owned in the past. If you abuse your equipment, this might not be the right one for you.

Easy and quick install and removal from Pic-rail. Folds up smoothly and quickly. One hand operation and light weight. Most importantly to me, solid rest when hunting in the field.

It's very solid, that's a huge plus. Its legs are also very smooth and easy to use. There are 3 problems that are pretty annoying to the point it won't be used as much as some others. 1- the notchy panning is slightly annoying. I'm glad it doesn't just spin freely or loosen up as I use it, but if it's going go be there it might as well be smooth so it's functional. Still better than just turning 90° and falling over under recoil. 2- The same issue on the tilt. This is even worse for long range precision as it's extremely important to keep the rifle perfectly vertical. Having to adjust in set clicks means that's not going to be easy, especially on uneven or lose ground where you may need to readjust with every shot. The reason for the edit is this isn't as bad as it seemed. (There is enough play that with minimal effort it will remain vertical without fighting to get it from one notch to the next. I'd still prefer that were smooth, but it does not require enough force to hold on target that it will significantly affect the shot.) 3- Rubber feet do not plant firmly on pretty much any surface with the exception of rough concrete. It would've been so easy and a huge improvement to design it to accept Atlas type swappable feet, or to include another set that fits. For the money, a Harris type bipod with tilt and stepped legs would've been a better option, even without the ability to pan. 4 stars is a little generous, but assuming it uses decent hardware and holds up, this is certainly nicer than a lot of other budget options.
