If you are mounting it on your weber kettle, make sure and get the adaptor nut. As it ships, it will not attach to the domed surface of the Weber. With the nut it worked perfectly. I like the very large colour dial that I can see from a distance. I am not so concerned about the exact temperature as I am the range. And for this, it works perfectly.

I needed the 4" temp probe so I could use it on my oven.Much easier than having to use a thing that hangs inside the oven.Now, I can read the temp without opening the door !FYI. I used a pin punch to mark the spot.Used a sharp 3/8 drill bit, going through 3 layers.Then a 5/8 bit through only the outside. Then a 1/2-14 npt tap.screwed in the thermometer and lock it in place with the jam nut. Easy !

I love this thing I had to throw one on the green mountain, it’s very accurate and aligns with my digital thermometer. The glow-in-the-dark feature is really nice, it’s very bright and the daytime.

After installing this thermometer on my pit, I noticed it seemed like I was throwing tons of wood on to reach 250F. I ended up testing my original unit in boiling water and viola! It was 20 degrees off. I sent a quick message to the manufacturer through Amazon and I received a message, the next day, stating I would get a refund! I immediately ordered another. 2 days later it was at my door and reading spot on with my isntant read thermometer. Thanks to these guys for the amazing service!

I ordered two thermometers as a replacement for a different brand of thermometer for my offset smoker. When the package arrived one had an issue with the dial being cloudy to the point you could not read the thermometer. I contacted the seller and Keith at MN Warehouse was extremely helpful. He got the replacement out right away and kept me informed of the status. I definitely recommend MN Warehsoue and can personally attest to the outstanding customer service. I have tested these using boiling water and they are spot on accurate. When I compare them to digital probes they are also spot on in the smoker. These are great thermometers at a great price from a seller who knows what customer service should be. A fantastic purchase all the way around.
