After much searching, thought I had found a suitable replacement battery for my Harbor Freight Predator 9500 Inverter Generator. The original battery has little technical information about Ah or CCA, but this Mighty Max seemed comparable and up to the task. Unfortunately, this totally enclosed generator is designed to be as quiet and compact as possible, and while only 1/2" taller, this battery just physically would not fit in the space available. The terminals are a little different than the original battery, but after receiving it and seeing how the screws and nuts are designed for the nuts to be held captive while tightening the screws, I liked that method as compared to the original battery's standard nut and bolt arrangement. This battery is OK in size as far as footprint for my generator, and actually weighed a couple of pounds more than my original battery, so I think electrically it would have worked well. Would have been nice if it had fit, and I am hopeful Mighty Max will allow me to return it for a refund.
