Got this to connect two Mikrotik switches together at 10GB. Plugged into the SFP+ ports and they connected with no issues. Just click in and 10GB speeds. As the units are stacked, the short length is perfect for short distances.

Using this to connect two Mikrotik devices and the connection is stable at 10G with no packet loss. Expensive cable but works as expected. I had bought a cheaper off brand cable and that cable did not work well at 10G. I was seeing errors and the connection was unstable. Switching to this Mikrotik branded cable solved my problem.
