It seems to be a brand new Milwaukee tool. Not signs of use or refurbishment. I’ve already put the battery in and it feels good and powerful. I will give it the first use tomorrow and let you know how it goes…. It would great if they could put a secondary box as packaging to protect the main box and product. This one was damaged in the bottom right corner perhaps by the parcel company. Thanks!

this one replaced my father's old drill, apparently he bought it when milwaukee came out with their FUEL line, it worked hard and honorably until a week ago, when it passed away (the transmission in the drill gave up) i made a review before for a drill chuck i bought, i replaced it on that old drill and it kept going till now.so now that old faithful is gone, lets see how long this one goes.

Super powerful battery hammer drill, so hold on tight. Auto shut off wrist protection works well

The 12V part of this has nothing to do with voltage, the M18 battery system uses 18 volts. Thus this is an 18 volt drill. It has plenty of power and stops quickly. Great for doing heavy drilling or boring. If you just want to screw in screws, this drill is entirely unnecessary.

This hammer / driver / drill is a brute as is the 2903-20 without the hammer mode. It has all the torque my wrists can muster, plus the huge feature to turn the power off if it catches like with a big hole saw.I'm also very fond of the Milwaukee 3601-20 which is smaller / lighter / less powerful for everyday use. It is also a pleasure to use. The 3601 is not "Fuel" labeled, but I don't know why not. It has all the features as I understand them. These are my current favorites of all time.

So far this product was exactly as described, I was a bit skeptical considering the price tag but it showed up in a brand new box with all the proper pieces present. The chuck is a bit wobbly, straight out of the box, but I dont know if thats the Milwaukee drill themselves or the cheap price on this listing. Either way, solid drill so far.UPDATE: Called Milwaukee to ask about the chuck wobble. Seems like theyll fix it, so thats a big bonus.

Great deal! I received a brand new unopened package. Seller was JBtools. Multiple sellers use the same listings so you have to watch that, Some other guys might be selling liquidated tools in damaged or opened packaging that can't be sold in retail.
