Short version: These are, obviously, U-shank blades. As such, they won't fit your Milwaukee jigsaw (duh). If you have the latter, you need T-shank blades. Turns out Milwaukee makes both types.This is a pretty dumb and obvious oversight on my part; I guess I just obliviously presumed that Milwaukee blades would fit Milwaukee saws. Not always the case. So (again, obviously) for the Milwaukee jigsaw you need T-shank blades; this item would not work. For a similar product, you want the 1178. Hope this helps someone... :-)

I use these blades for shop work. I've had this Milwaukee jig saw for a very long time. One of the best buys ever.
