Charges batteries in half the time as the standard charger. No problems so far. Although it will only charge one battery at a time.

I received the charger the next day. It arrived in an Amazon paper delivery bag and inside a plastic bag as it's wrapping. I tried it out and seems to work just fine. Looks like the real thing and charges like a new Milwaukee Rapid Charger. I know a lot of reviews say they received a refurbished or "fake" charger. I hope mine is real. It didn't come in a box or sealed plastic case, just a plastic bag like I mentioned and as others mentioned also.

Brand new, not refurbished and comes in a bag so you don't have to cut it out of the dreaded milwaukee packaging. Needed the rapid charge for my 18V 12Aph batteries and works great 👍🏼

got this thing for 31 dollars 5 years ago. its been thru drops, rain, being left out overnight, picked up by the cord totally abused and heavily used to charge all my batteries lol. xD still runs great still charges them really fast. i can foresee this thing lasting quite a bit longer.

Very solid feel. OK: The first connection of my new Milwaukee 48-59-1808 M18 & M12 Rapid charger and new Milwaukee 48-11-1850 M18 Redlithium 5.0Ah Battry Pack ; had an alternating flashing red and green light.Don’t worry. I cycled the battery on the different setting on this 2767-20 tool without load for even less than a minute...? Next reinstalled in the charger and when strait to Green light charging. Charged very quickly, no problem! Wow!

My husband is very pleased with the Milwaukee M18 Battery Charger. I ordered the Milwaukee Sawsall and the battery, but didn't realize it had no charger. The first thing it saws is the battery must be charger prior to using. So, after reading all the other reviews on Milwaukee chargers, I ordered this one. It came promptly and was packaged well, with instructions. It said it should take from 60 to 180 minutes the first time it charges. Being the rapid charger, I expected it to take 60-90 minutes....it was fully charged in 35 minutes. He is happy, therefore I am happy. Excellent charger and great shipping time.

Had to get a charger because I got a tool only 2130-20 Rocket light with a promotional 5Ah battery. I decided on this one because it was the rapid charger. So far I've only timed the charging of the battery once and it took 48 minutes to charge up from the initial factory charge (1 LED) to full charge. The battery stayed cool despite the charger not having a fan. The charger itself got pretty warm on the side opposite the power cord but not hot.
