Black tiny pellets everywhere. The stitching will come unraveled and the "sand" will spill out every, little by little all over your house. I returned the first set and got a replacement but the 2nd set did the same thing within 2 hours. Terrible China made product.

these small weights are a great addiction to any leg work to help build strength. My physical therapist recommended for my knee recovery. The weights are easy to put on and are very comfortable. Very well made.
