I have a Toshiba microwave oven that also does air frying and baking. We’ve mainly used it as a microwave, but I wanted to start getting used to doing the other functions with it. The air fryer basket and cooking stand that come with it don’t really work with any of the baking pans I have, so when offered these I thought I’d give them a try. Imagine how floored I was to discover that all four of them fit perfectly on the air fryer basket, which keeps them from sliding off the baking rack.But that’s not the best part. These little bundt pans are heavy! They aren’t that cheap thin metal like my tart pans or egg rings are made of, which means they’ll hold heat very well…like a cast iron skillet would. They aren’t THAT heavy, of course, but they’re definitely heavier than I expected.I’m very, very, very pleased with these pans. I can cook four little cakes at a time, which gives the two of us dessert for a number of days while using our little oven only once. Now I’m excited to try different recipes using these pans. I’m new to baking, so I’m not sure how much batter would be appropriate for each one (given that cakes rise), but filled even with the little center nub, these hold six ounces each.
