Worked perfectly while it worked, unfortunately it was only for about a month of cutting small limbs a few times a week until it stopped. I figured it was to late to call customer support so I can't speak about that. But from what I can tell a connection for one of the brushes inside the motor came off and is floating around in there. It's a shame it wasn't dropped or abused, and it worked great until it suddenly stopped. I'll be purchasing another one but I doubt this particular one. Hope that helped

Dewalt 20 volt batteries work great in this hand held chainsaw. Perfect for limbs, logs & roots. I was shocked on how well it has performed. Worth the money.

I love the portability and ability to use batteries I already own in my inventory of hand tools. No oil leaks and saw ran perfectly in trimming small tree branches.The saw ran without any problems.I'm glad I bought this as it made my yard work way easier.

I'm not much of a DIY guy, so I always hire help. After seeing the hype I thought I'd give it a try, I spend a lot of money here every year hiring people to take care of my yard.Turns out this little gadget packs a punch! I just took out about 3 inches of vine bushes that were detracting from the appearance of my home. These were vines that no manual pruning blade could even cut through, but after 30min of using this saw, I don't have to worry about that anymore. It's kind of addictive and I'm constantly looking for something to saw off. I fired the yard guy and I decided to do it all myself from now on, which saved a lot of money! I never thought I could handle this myself until I purchased the this saw.I love that it's so easy to use and lightweight that even people who aren't good DIYers can get the hang of it completely and quickly!I have decided to never take wood camping again, find dead trees and cut to size. 3 to 4 inches is perfect.I really like this saw, all the details are as advertised. I wish I had it 10 years ago to help me save a very large amount of money! Thank you Zeeksaw.

A tornado hit my yard and destroyed many trees. I did some research and chose the Zeeksaw which has always had a good reputation. this saw is an upgraded version with an oiling feature, which is really much more convenient than other saws where you don't have to use the little bottle for oil as often.This mini chainsaw ate through 3-4 inch long limbs like butter. I was pleasantly surprised! After about 50 minutes of just cutting all the time, I tackled most of the trees and limbs that were destroyed in my yard. The battery life likewise exceeded my expectations.I have a verbal agreement with my neighbors not to use the STIHL gas chainsaw early in the morning on weekends because of the noise. But this little saw solves that problem perfectly and has a nice POWER that is much lighter and friendly to use.I have some logging experience and do not recommend cutting when the diameter of the branch is larger than the size of the bar, this will cause the saw to get stuck in the middle of the branch, which will cause the saw to die. When cutting larger branches, cutting the front and back one step at a time can prevent this.I highly recommend this little chainsaw! It greatly exceeded my expectations!

So, I thought my product didn't come with a charging jack, and in my haste to get in touch with the seller I left a one-star review on the seller saying that the product arrived missing a component. Turns out that THE CORD PLUGS DIRECTLY INTO THE BATTERY, just in case anyone else misses it too. Whoops. So I don't know for sure yet whether this product does deserve a five-star since it's still charging, but fair is fair and until I figure out how to undo that one-star review I'm leaving a five-star on the product.What I can say about the product is, it arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. All of the parts connect smoothly, the chain feels nice and snug and sharp, the saw is light but feels solid, and it weighs nicely in the hand. I did pop the battery in and tap the trigger for a half second and it fired up nicely.In my defense the instructions do indicate that there's a charging jack, but that's fine. I have high hopes for this saw.
