Bought it this for my fleet rentals and Don’t do it!Instructions are vague. Company app name sketchy. I bought the sim and paid the 15 dollar 3 month plan. Still nothing after scanning the QR code, installing the sim holding down the button. The app still doesn’t recognize the sim address ID at All! Figured I give them a shot paying 30 bucks but yeah don’t waste your time . Ill give it one more day before sending it back and scanning device for malware. Oh and the magnet barley holds. 9 thumbs down

No installation instructions? Nothing? "Scan this QR code" is not very useful if you don't have a new Apple cell phone.UPDATE: Polite online (via email) remote tech suppport tried a few times to get the device activated. Failed; but at least he TRIED. I give them credit for that, anyway.Now.... How do I return this POS to AMazon for credit?

My device will not come online. This is the second one that was a waste of my time. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
