This is a cool little 8" tall skeleton model with stand. Appears to be anatomically correct. It's a little fragile and tends to fall apart if you move it or touch it. I moved it to photograph it and the rib cage and arms fell off. Easy enough to put back together but it's not really suitable for a teaching tool because of its tendency to fall apart if handled at all. More of a display piece, great for Halloween decoration.

I'm currently taking a kinesiology class and we use life size skeletons in lab. They are very helpful for visualizing planes, axes, and the mechanics of joints. When I saw this mini skeleton I thought that it might be helpful--especially because it was described as a "scientific model" that can be used for "Human Skeletal System Study". Well, I certainly wouldn't describe it as a scientific model. Yes, the basic and major bones are represented-- points given for the correct number of ribs and vertebrae--but trying to mimic real skeletal movement is just not happening. The quality of the skeleton is better than the quality of the base, which is okay for putting on a desk or shelf as a fun display.

The model is well made with few flaws for the size. The skull will need a little work for my needs, but it would be good for anatomical study, Halloween decoration or if you are a model maker in need of a small skeleton. The skull is removable and held on by friction. The arms and legs are held on with screws.The skeleton model comes with a small stand for display. Overall, it will be perfect for a diorama I'm making.

We bought this skeleton model as part of our indoor spooky season decorations. It's a budget-friendly piece, and you get what you pay for. It can fall apart easily and seems designed to be more of a display piece. Overall, the price matches the quality, but I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for better quality.

Best holiday this year is coming up and I was shopping for fun stuff for inside and the grand kids. I came across this 8" and the price was right so I bought it. The skeleton arrived fast and without and damage to the packaging or product itself. Upon unboxing I noticed how well it was packaged. You won't have to worry about that at all. My grand daughter loves it. She carries it around with her and puts it in funny poses. I find it around the house in the funniest situations. She is so clever and this allowed her to use her imagination which is nice. Its pretty solid because my grand daughter can play hard. I definitely recommend due to price point and functionality as well as for the fun of it....

This *could* be a great little desktop or bookshelf model, but the quality is lacking. It arrived dismembered (erm, unassembled), which seemed unnecessary since it's so tiny. The top of the skull didn't fit and kept popping off, which delighted my son. One of the legs didn't align correctly and looked like the poor fellow got stuck mid-move at Jazzercize.I wasn't expecting med school quality, but I'm a bit disappointed for what it was.

This is a great quality HALLOWEEN prop. Adorable and perfect for my haunted house miniature medical display. Better quality than any Halloween skelly out there at this size so that's pretty rad. The stand is cool but needs to be re-done to be Halloween ready.They definitely had it advertised as more than a Halloween decoration though. If you are looking at this for actual medical use just LOL all the way and go look at something else. As a cutesy little prop, knock yourself out. It's fun. You wouldn't show this to a patient with any seriousness like they are doing in the photoshopped photos. You won't learn from this model. In pediatrics, this could be a fun way to show kids some large bones without running risk of expensive losses from having models out. If your tiny skelly gets broken, oh well. It gives them a basic idea - close enough? But beyond that, I don't see a use.
