What a neat little pan - it's one of those gadgets that you probably don't know you need it till you do (at least that's true for me). Every now and then, though - like for dinner tonight - I need to melt some butter; other times, I've needed to warm up a small amount of sauce or meatloaf topping that I'd probably overcook in the microwave. This tiny pan, with its nonstick coating, is perfect - and it's small enough to fit in just about any cupboard. The plastic handle feels rubbery and doesn't get too hot. If there's a downside, it's a little unbalanced; at least when the pot is empty, the handle is heavy enough that it doesn't always lie flat on the stove.
