Warm Tips
- When installing the ink cartridge, please check if the spring pins on the printer have sprung up to ensure proper installation of the ink cartridge.
- Before using the ink cartridge, make sure to peel off the sealing strip. Please save the sealing strip for future use.
- Ensure that the corresponding ink is selected in the APP settings before printing. The ink inside the printer is a permanent type ink.
- If there is no ink output or if white lines appear during printing, please use an alcohol wipe to clean the ink cartridge head until ink starts flowing.
- After using the ink cartridge, promptly attach the sealing strip and close the ink cartridge cover.
- For curved surface printing, slightly raise the other end of the roller.
- If you intend to print pictures from your mobile phone, please download the images to your phone before connecting to the printer's Wi-Fi.
- Press the print button without the need for a long press; a single press will suffice.
- The printer prints from left to right when sliding.
