These fit the tracks at my business just fine and are easy enough to attach and remove if you are used to them. The lights work fine in these.

I needed to replace some track heads that had burnt out and wanted some that I could use my own bulbs in, as opposed to all in ones, and these fit the bill perfectly. They have a very attractive vintage metallic appearance and adjustable arms so that the light can be directed as needed. They use standard size screw in bulbs and look very nice with edison bulbs as shown in the item pictures. They were easy to install into the H type tracks that had been previously installed in my home. I am very happy with these and would definitely recommend them.
