This dash cam mirror setup is clearer than my ex's excuses, with that 1080p quality capturin every detail on the road front and back. Installation took bout 15 minutes tops - just strap it over your existing mirror and run them wires nice and hidden-like. The touch screen is proper responsive and easy to navigate even for my tech-challenged self. Value is on point considerin you're gettin both cameras in one sleek package that don't block your view or make your ride look all techy and whatnot.

Can't beat the price for this nice-looking rearview mirror camera. Definitely looks better than having a standalone one. Image quality is decent enough. It is better to have this than to have nothing at all.Not super user friendly but useable. I really need to install the rearview camera to it, those are money savers when accidents occur.

Way to hard to put together, its a messy set up, the instructions were helpful, after the installment it works fine

Full disclosure: I haven't fully installed and road tested this yet. This is partly because after experimenting with it in the driveway, I'm not 100% convinced I will get better performance out of it when it's fully installed. So the motivation to do a full test (especially since it's been quite cold) hasn't quite been there. In my driveway test I noticed that at around 2:00 PM (facing South) there was a terrible glare out of the front camera. I imagine that on the road this wouldn't be much different so I question its usability in real driving situations (e.g. driving East during the early morning hours shortly after sunrise). I have every expectation that the rear-view camera will perform as expected due to how it will be positioned (above the license plate). The other concern I have is the quality of the glass on the rear-view mirror itself. I was careful to remove all protective plastics, etc., but I noticed somewhat of a haze on the glass. This is especially obvious when comparing it to the OEM mirror. In terms of mounting, I suspect if you were mounting this over a mirror that had no electronics in it/on it, it would probably mount flush and quite nicely. In my case, the mirror mounting was a bit awkward and I have questions about whether the rubber straps that hold it in place will survive a summer or if they will deteriorate and snap while in use.I am going to spend the time to properly mount and road test this in day/night conditions. Then, perhaps I will update this review if I find anything substantive different during those tests.

This thing is pretty slick.Fast responsiveness when I put my truck in reverse. I put this in a 1987 C-10 resomod I am doing, it looks factory as long as you don't see the wires I hid up behind the headliner. Really impressed with this, it installed like any other mirror. Picture quality isn't your 4k TV, but it's not supposed to be.Overall, I am happy. We will see on the longevity, but as of now it hasn't hiccupped at all.

First, I want to say, if you don't have a dashcam system in your vehicle , you need to get one yesterday. We are living in a society where people often don't want to take responsibility for what they do. It took me losing a lot of money because of a lying POS, that caused an accident, that totaled my vehicle, for me to finally learn that lesson. GET A DASHCAM!That being said, This SIXWIN dash cam system seems to be a decent, budget minded setup. It takes more work to install this type of system than my previous camera that just used a suction cup type mount to attach to the windshield, but this is a doable job for most people. The camera quality is about what I would expect for this price point. It works, and it's not the worst video quality I've seen, but it's not the best either. The listing images are clearly photoshopped to make it look like this camera system has amazing video quality, so that is misleading. A rear view mirror system like this definitely looks nicer than one just stuck to the windshield, but obviously there are much higher quality systems on the market , for a higher price.

This dash camera and backup camera work great. The picture quality is good for both cameras. I like that it is a mirror as well so I don’t have to have anything else on my windshield or in my field of view while driving. It has a good field of view and and the night vision works great. It was easy to install and the wires that are supplied with it are the plenty long to make it where you need to while concealing them from sight.

The Mirror Dash Cam with Front and Rear Cameras and a 4-inch 1080P IPS Screen is a practical and reliable choice for enhancing vehicle safety. Its dual-camera setup provides comprehensive coverage, capturing both front and rear views with clear 1080P resolution. The loop recording feature ensures continuous video capture by overwriting old files, while the motion detection adds an extra layer of security by recording activity around your vehicle when parked. The reverse assistance function is particularly helpful, offering clear visuals to aid in parking and maneuvering. The compact 4-inch IPS screen delivers sharp and vibrant footage, making it easy to review recordings or monitor live views. The dash cam's sturdy mount ensures stability during use, even on bumpy roads. Feels a little cheaply made but i am using in on a older vehicle so not to worried about itOverall, this dash cam combines essential features with user-friendly design, making it a valuable addition to any car for safety and convenience. This took a little long on the shipping but it came well packaged.
