Not even close to fitting a 2014

it looks like an exact match but is not. It does not come with the black rubber seal as the original one. The alignment hole to install the securing screw does not line up with the hole in the side view mirror. The connector looks the same, but it does not mate with the connector wiring from the vehicle. It looks like it is well constructed, just not compatible with my vehicle.
