This kit fit perfectly. I reviewed a cheap knock off version years ago that doesn't compare. The boots and clamps are high quality and they stay on under high boost while heavy towing (25+ psi for miles of uphill grades on the PA turnpike). You will need to purchase an aftermarket intake elbow like the Sinister Diesel one in the picture. The factory elbow doesn't have an external barb to grab the boot properly sothe boot will blow off.....ask me how I know

2005 F250 6.0 litre. This is at the turbo exit to the intercooler pipe connection. The inner surface is falling apart. Of all the boot to pipe/intercooler connections, this one at the turbo exit is the smoothest and the one I would least expect an issue with. The boot is in, otherwise, great condition as are the other boots.

Love them, a little tight if you have bulletproof oil cooler and amsoil bypass filters.

This kit has its good parts and its bad parts. Clamps are absolute junk pretty sure tin foil has more strength to it then these. Paper thin and just a bit small with not much adjustability to work around the boots then tighten. The boots are excellent thick and durable with just enough give it to get it around the pipes. As for the pipes the hot side pipe is the biggest pain in the a** hence the don’t reinvent the wheel yes I’m aware it has less bends in it however i was just unable to get it to fit 100% correct after messing with it for a decent while. Cold side fit like a glove and slide right in just like factory. Over all fit and finish are decent but would expect better from a name like mishimoto. All in all If I was to do this again I would get new Oem boots and clamps from Ford...

awesome 2005 f350 6.0 fit amazing. I took my time and did it right the first time...no directions but some common sense and if that doesn't work I'm sure there a youtube video out there...more power, sounds better, better mpg!!!! REVIEW UPDATE!!!!! I had to lossen up a clamp to slightly adjust my exhaust pipe. The pipe was fine and the clamps where nice and tight working for a few months since I purchased it WITH NO PROBLEMS UNTIL..... When I went to tighten the clamp, the very low quality weak clamp striped on me! I'm not new to this and I know how NOT to strip threads! These clamps are so cheap. Mishimoto should be ashamed of themselves for such poor quality clamps...now I'm stuck until the motorcraft high quality clamp parts comes from the dealer to replace that piece of garbage mishitoto clamp. For all the money I paid. I should have gotten quality clamps, they really dropped the ball on this one. What a nightmare! It was my first ad LAST MISHITOTO PURCHASE EVER!!!!! Replacement clamps are not cheap at all each clamp is around $30 for just 1 clamp :( :( you will never skrew me over again mishimoto!!!

Fit my 06 6.0 PSD perfectly! Kit is well made, boots are thick but flexible, clamps are excellent and pipes are top notch! Kit did not come with instructions but a quick web search showed an install video from the company on YouTube. It is specific to the vehicle. They do not show which rubber boot goes where but it is pretty easy to figure out. Smallest part of boot is for turbo outlet, that takes the smallest clamp. Bent boot with largest opening is for the bottom of the hot side pipe. That one takes the only 3.5 inch clamp. Bottom of the cold side pipe is the boot with a bubble in the middle. Top side of cold pipe to intake elbow is the only straight boot. Hope that helps! Pipes look amazing under the hood. I put the sinister diesel intake elbow on as well.

High quality product! Eliminates a couple bends in the hot side (passenger) also eliminates the saggy factory pipe. Quieted my turbo whistle significantly as I have an aftermarket exhaust. Boots are very high quality with high quality clamps. Fantastic product. Would recommend to anyone. By far better than factory. Also fits F-350.

Love the look and the new boots seem to hold outstanding. Boots will never blow off if clamps are torqued correctly but I seem to lose a few psi of boost here and there and can't seem to find where the leak is coming from. Overall great product!
