Cool down those charge air temperatures with the Mishimoto direct-fit performance intercooler kit for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. The small, factory intercooler sits in the bottom part of a spacious and unconventionally shaped cavity behind the front bumper, which means there's a lot of wasted space there that could be used for cooling improvements. That's why the Mishimoto intercooler has been cleverly engineered to feature a unique angled design to take full advantage of the space for maximum performance, boasting an 88% increase in core size, a 66% increase in internal core volume, and a 40% increase in external fin surface area. Our all-aluminum, TIG-welded core is as tough and durable as the rest of your truck, and incorporates an NPT-threaded bung on the bottom to help deal with the condensation that the 2011-2014 F-150 is notorious for. Also included is a CNC bypass bung for 2011-2012 trucks, and a set of air diversion plates to guide ambient air directly through the core for the best performance possible. Speaking of performance, this intercooler has been dyno-tested for maximum gains using both the stock tune and a specialized tune to optimize the ECU. The Mishimoto intercooler lowers intake temperatures by 50 DegreeF (10 DegreeC) compared to the factory part. Available in your choice of Stealth Black or Sleek Silver, every 2011-2014 F-150 EcoBoost intercooler fits with both the stock intercooler pipes and the upcoming Mishimoto performance hot and cold pipes. Well.... this sucks. It was an additional 11% off. Wonder if they will send a replacment or kjst make me pay full price for a new one after refund.... just great....

See Ad:Mishimoto MMINT-F150-11BK Performance Intercooler Compatible With Ford F-150 EcoBoost 2011-2014 Stealth BlackSold by: Amazon.com Services LLCCondition: Used - Very Good - Small cosmetic imperfection on top, front or sides of item. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged.When it arrived the side tabs that hold it in position, one broke off the other severely bent. Fins on cooler damaged in spots. I was able to return to Amazon, kudo's for them. But not as advertised in the description. :(I wanted this for an upcoming camping trip w/our 30' travel trailer towing in the Sierra mountains. The product came in on a Monday afternoon, I returned that day, called Mishimoto direct, spoke with their customer support and explained my dilemma. They asked for proof of purchase, photo's of damaged item, worked a deal with me for just $20.00 more than what I paid at Amazon with overnight shipping included. It arrived Wednesday morning at 955am the same week.. That's customer service for Amazon taking it back and Mishimoto pleasing their customers. I also have bought through Amazon the Mishimoto transmission cooler. Thanks.. everyone for the extra effort.. I will install this Wednesday afternoon.. :) HIGHLY recommend Mishimoto parts... New product in photo..

Out with the old, in with the new. Installed this last Friday along with a k&n intake. My truck is running soon much better now. Install isn't hard but is a bit time consuming.

Fantastic product! Mounting brackets were spot on and intercooler was extremely easy to install. Took 1.5hrs for complete job. Felt the HP from old to new.

Decent craftsmanship when I finally received an intact product. Mishimoto support not so great. eBOV for 13-14 makes this bugger quite a chore to install. Overall 2/5 with the second star being for a sale.

Someone cut a 2" hole in the top right side then welded the peice back in and grinded and painted it bullshxt can I return this garbage!?!?

Easy to install. Truck runs better already. Drain hole is awesome feature. Tight fit if you have the transmission cooler. Product came slightly damaged in box. Probably would not recommend for that reason alone.
