Missing the advertised tools that are supposed to come with it. Can’t replace part without them. Not happy about this. I bought 2 of these and neither package had the tools. Not sure if item works.

Don’t remember the model but I do know it was one that was advertised.I took a star off because reading the ad I thought it would be brand new. The charging port I received was absolutely not brand new but works fine. I would recommend it even though it isn’t brand new. Had my MacBook up and running again in 10 minutes.
