Speaker doesn't fit properly inside the iPhone SE 2022.Due to the length and incorrect dimensions the speaker was pressing up against the motherboard instead of going underneath, thus causing the motherboard to be pressed up against the underside of the screen and having a big risk of doing severe damage to it and screen if attempts to force it shut were made.

Although the speaker worked, the screw drivers are a JOKE considering we can’t apply reasonable torque with fingers in so minimal a space for iPhone 8. With better tools (mainly better length & diameter of screwdriver ) the job could have been 1/3 of the time I spent.Todo: use the back of the speaker to magnetize the tips - for a few screws it did help. Have good tweezers handy for these screws are really tiny.

Speaker is very good, it’s not the easiest part I’ve replaced over the years, on an iPhone. The tools that are included went straight into the trash. My thumb nail is bigger. If you plan on doing this or any cell phone services, spend $15 on some useful quality tools. And you will need a Suction Cup and plastic pry bars.
