Bought this as an easy replacement button for our disposal. The ring around the button is not a solid one piece; rather, it's a piece of shiny plastic on top of a rubber ring. The adhesive used it very cheap and apparently not suitable for kitchen use. It already came off and I had to glue it back on myself.TL;DR - do not buy. Cheaply made.

Didn’t know how I was going to turn on and off the power for my new garbage disposal until I found this air switch. It was a fraction of the cost at my local big box store for the exact same product. Simple and easy to install and functional. Just what the doctor ordered!
