I wanted to love this so much, it was super easy to install and it seemed like it would be an okay fit in spite of it being an awkwardly shaped seat for a "round" configuration. I think the idea was solid and overall the materials and build quality seem to be upper tier but due to the awkward shape I had to return after a week, it was always sliding around and not quite ever as sturdy as you'd hope for when you're sitting on it for a while. I am not a huge person, but i'm substantial and I didn't trust it was going to stay in place very well. Functionally it was fantastic, I just think this is something thats only going to fit a moen toilet. The biggest issue I had was due to where it had to sit on my toilet to fit as a seat lifting the lid/seat to handle your business never worked. The seat portion forever got stuck in a not quite up position and would fall unless you aggressively pushed it up, very annoying as a man because you're risking a surprise mess. I don't think this is a good investment overall unless it's truly gonna fit your toilet, I ended up returning for a Brondell brand instead, I truly think this would have been better for moen branded toilets. Overall the product is probably a great value for the money. My biggest complaint beyond everything about the fit and finish was the fact that the water pressure was awful. I don't mind the unheated water but this thing genuinely wasn't even getting you clean like you'd hope and then you're just kinda wasting your time and toilet paper, which was the whole point of this thing was to be using less tp

I really like this bidet/toiletseat but I was dissapointed at the water presure. Let me be clear, We do not have low water pressure in our house.( Just incase people will think that was the issue). Love the easy instalation. the fact that you dont need to go under the toilet to instale it. again love the product not the pressure.

Product seems to work well. Install instructions are very sparse. Mounting inserts are very difficult to install and do not get tight enough to secure mounting the seat.

Bough this one and it says will fit round toilet.It turns out the it is 1.5 inches off the front end if you lift the cover up.So have to return.I hope the seller will provide more measurements so we can avoid return.Build quality seems good and the best is it carries life time warranty.

We had a more expensive Toto that failed to stay mounted when a little part fell off. Toto was of no help replacing the little 25 cent custom part. Left with choice of machining one or buying another bidet we opted for the well respected brand, Moen. We are very pleased that we did. It is fully functional and has a bonus night light. It mounted easily and the included templates made it right from the start. The extra inches of cord length allowed a neat installation

This is specifically for the EB800 model: Once you start adding control panels and wireless remotes and blow dryers these things start getting absurdly complicated and don't last. I was happy to find one that was heated water and seat only. The price premium is worth it over vowel-soup amazon brands. The attachment mechanism is the best and most secure I've seen on any toilet seat.My only complaint, is the manual is worthless. I feel like it was put through google translate a few times. It covers multiple models but doesn't actually say that it does. The manual tells you both that it has and does not have a heated seat, and tells you the heat has "4 gears" meaning four settings. Very silly.

Just there right strength for my tastes. Control panel (wall mount) has excellent layout with but a strange wall bracket w/magnets. Likely perfect for caregivers. I don’t ever need to hold the remote so I would prefer a more permanent mount. Water is very briefly cold when it starts. It is short but (😊) still surprising. Seems to leave more of my backside wet than my Toto. That wouldn’t be an issue with a unit that also had a drying so higher level models should be better. Your mileage may vary.

Moen bidet is one of a few that is long enough to cover the elongated toilet bowl.It is sensibly designed for ease of cleaning and operation (seat surface is one piece). Competing bidets have splits on the seat that may accumulate dirt and are difficult to clean.

I love this product except for the odor it omits. I thought it was coming from the toilet itself so replaced the toilet but still the same strange smell. I see the new one comes with a deodorizer and this may be part of the reason for this new upgrade to the product.
