These are fantastic. I have purchased other brands, but these are far superior. They rotate perfectly and they are extremely quiet.

The plastic rings that come with a pole are worthless as are plastic replacement rings. These are the first rings that actually stop the flag from wrapping are the pole. Plus, they are virtually indestructible. Finally, a ring that works. Worth the extra money.

Awesome, I don't know why I waited so long to buy one that has ball bearings.But I just had a really bad windstorm.Yesterday and I come out this morning and my flag is still perfect.

These flag swivels for your flag on the flagpole are the only way to keep you flag from twisting all around and getting caught on the flagpole. I've had some cheap ones but these are pretty solid except for the fact that anyone's I've seen eventually the clip that goes on the flag and clips into the hole on the swivel part eats away either at the end of the swivel part or the clip itself or even the grommet in the flag. There must be a better material to make these out of.

Previous reviews showed heavy corrosion. I have soaked the bearings in Krown Rust proofing befor installation. Jan 3, 2022. Work great. Time will tell the longivity.

I got sick of the stock plastic spinners that came with our flag. If I left the flag be for 5 minutes, it wouId be wrapped around itself in even a mild breeze. I could easily find myself unwrapping the flag multiple times per day and so I started looking around. I also picked up the popular aluminum non-bearing mounting rings, sold by a number of different companies. Upon arrival of both items, I found the movement on these bearing-based mounts to swivel with ease. The aluminum non-bearing rings felt much less fluid. Testing them out, sure enough, the non-bearing mounts still resulted in the flag getting caught up and wrapped around the flag pole. Granted, it will take some time to see how well these mounts with the bearings fare with different wind conditions, but so far they've been installed for more than a day and the flag is draping as it should be with a wall mounted and angled flag pole. Not once have I had to unwind the flag from around the pole.The only kicker with these is that they appear to be a cheaper foreign-made version of the Stanwood Wind Sculpture flag mounts, which are made in the USA and also specify that the bearings are stainless steel, something that's unclear about the Mofeez product. I found the Stanwood product after this one and wouldn't have minded paying a little extra for an American-made product. If the Stanwood item functions as well as this product, you might consider that the premium upgrade. That said, I can highly recommend the Mofeez product in terms of looks and exceptional functionality.**Update July 18, 2019: Received this on July 9th and installed it that day. As of the 16th, I had my first flag "wrap" while using this product. That's a nice period of time compared to the stock mounts which, as noted, had me unwrapping the flag multiple times per day. As it regards horizontal or angle mounted wall flags, I don't know that there is a true 100% wrap-free product. It's just the nature of the mounting angle. Interestingly enough, however, what I've noticed is that with the Mofeez product, the flag hasn't actually wrapped around the flag with the wind. It was effectively draping over the flag pole but was not wrapped around it multiples times as was the case with the stock ring mounts. I saw it happen again today and thought I might have to give it a tug to straighten it out. I came back later and the flag was hanging as it should. I imagine a little wind, along with the smooth bearings, allowed for the flag to fall back down into its natural position without having to do it manually. After the first time of the flag being folded/draped over the pole, I had wondered if it might come down on its own given how it was laying. Sure enough, that appears to be what happened today and I attribute it to the fluid movement of the bearing-based rings.***Update August 2, 2019: The mounts have continued to operate as described, being so fluid that since my last update, on the occasion I have found the flag draped over the pole, I have let it be. While those instances have been sparse compared to the old kit, each and every time I have found that the flag properly hanging after some additional wind gave it another blow. The attached pics are the before and after of the flag being wrapped/draped over the pole and the after picture of the flag being left alone, without me having to unwrap it, and still returning to a proper position. As I watched the mounts with the flag draped over the pole and the breeze blowing, I could still see the rings swiveling with the movement of the flag. The old plastic ones would basically become immobile when the flag would get wrapped up. This would seem to explain the means by which the flag unfurls itself with more wind, the bearings never stop, which is a good thing. To summarize, I haven't touched the flag since the prior update and every time it has become wrapped up, it has resolved itself with some additional breeze!
