When I received this product, it was poorly packaged, very tiny, no components, no instructions, no usb cord, wire or anything to use to plug it in, falsely advertised as a "Speaker" when I contacted the seller with my complaint, they responded that it was only a "Speaker accessory" that needed to be soldered onto a device, which was not mentioned in the advertisement! Now it's stuck onto my laptop and I can't remove it without damaging it! The adhesive is apparently the only thing that works!
