I have other drink chillers that work better. I liked the color choices and the extras that comes with it. I purchased because of the stainless steel design. The stainless steel makes it durable and doesn’t leak but sweats a lot. It’s easy to use but to get your drink cold you have to stir it. The inside is square so it’s kinda noisy. Clean up is easy, a wet rag and wipe inside. I have had other drink chillers that are easier to use and less expensive.

I used this for a few weeks and while it was easy to clean after each use compared to another product, it takes forever to chill a hot coffee if it chills at all. Already stopped using it.

This is the second coffee chilling device and by far the best one we’ve seen. The expanding silicone base to accommodate for the water expanding is a great design feature. Easy to clean and chills the coffee super quick.

I've been using this for the past week, 1-2 times per day. The main reason I bought this one is that it's made out of metal, which won't crack when the ice is formed inside.The bottom is made out of plastic, with a silicone cap that seals the water in and allows for expansion of the ice.It takes about 1-2 minutes to cool a cup of hot coffee, and you need to stir it while it cools for a better effect.The lid is also made out of plastic, and has a gasket to seal it - but it's a bit smaller in diamater the the lid opening, and when it freezes - it gets even smaller and will just sit on the top, won't seal at all.Since it's not made to drink from, I don't really care for the lid, so it's not a big issue for me.

This is a MUST for those of you who love iced coffee but don’t want it watered down by ice. I had tried the hyper chiller before but because it’s plastic, it broke after a short time. Saw this and gave it a go and honestly the design in general is much more practical. It’s stainless steel with a rubber grip, so it won’t break. The design also makes it so you don’t have to keep refilling it to freeze. It’s amazing. Makes my coffee chilled quickly. Definitely worth the buy!

As a cold coffee lover, I love this idea so much! It is easy enough to transfer a freshly brewed coffee to iced. Only need to get ready before you make it because the mug needs to freeze for hours.This mug can help create an iced coffee, Its design is not about how to make hot coffee cold. (ice will do the same) But it can cool the coffee with no dilution, and then you pour the coffee on ice, an iced coffee was done. (without ice it can only be called cold coffee) The ice in the cup melts very slowly. If you use the ice ball made of the round ice mold attached to the product, the ice will melt more slowly! It looks really cool!!This mug is great for those who don't like diluted coffee, and I think it will also work well for fresh fruit juice. After all, the juice diluted by water (ice) is no fresher! I hope my information can help you make a decision.

While the product does cool a beverage, it isn't nearly as effective as stated. I measured the temp of my coffee from the pot at 150 F. In 90 seconds, it was 100 F. If I let it sit 5 or so minutes, it gets down in the 50's, at which point if you throw in some ice cubes, you minimize the watering down and get decent coffee. I'm keeping it because its still the fastest way for me to cool coffee, but disappointed in the whole 90 second thing.I'm also clueless on what the white pads provided are for. The instructions provided explain how to use the cup, but there is no mention of the pads or the ice cube maker (which I wouldn't have known what that was except for reading somebody else's review).
