The wife had to have these, but I have found myself mesmerized by them. They illuminate both off the candle and throughout the bases as well, giving an amazing aura. They feel well made and somewhat hefty for being plastic. Great addition to our eclectic household.

these LED candles are so beautiful. it looks real from afar. Very well made, good quality. beautiful decoration. durable. much more beautiful in person than pictured. this will make a nice gift for housewarming. great value. very very happy with this product and definitely recommend it.

These are pretty, but the glow of the candlestick far outshines the glow of the "flame," to the point that I barely noticed it when I was testing them to make sure all three worked.In fact, the only reason I ended up noticing it was because the flickering yellow light is in the wrong spot on one of them. I'm not sure how to open the case up to get it in the right place without breaking it altogether. I may just leave it as is, because like I said, it's not really that noticable.I'm adding two pictures of the off-center "flame," and one where it's in the right spot on a different candle.But these do look magical, even with that flaw. They are quite pricey, though.

Stunning candles. The other reviewers mentioned the flame isn't as noticeable and it's true. The candles are so iridescent and bright that the flame part is looking flat and getting gone within all the light coming from the bottom. I wish they did a better job with it. But besides that the candles are truly stunning, so nice to look at, good weight, well made. So unique!

When off, these iridescent candles look like the cellophane used to wrap Easter baskets. Coincidentally, they also match a set of 50 cups I just got. So pretty!When on, they are quite colorful and have a lovely sparkle. The flame is not like the flames on many battery operated candles, rather more like an "ice" flame. Not real bright, but gorgeous just the same.Each candles requires three AAA batteries, use alkaline or rechargeable as desired.As a sparkle addict, I love the ambience these candles provide. Would be lovely for so many special occasions, set them around the bathtub, or take them out by the pool at night for a magical glow.

I purchased these candles for its unique design. The candles do the good job to lighten up the room just like real ones. However, the "flame" is kinda of dim. Would be better if they were brighter. Anyway, it is a good buy.
