Ordered front struts and back shocks and had them installed by professional mechanic who has done work for me several times. The rear shocks went bad after two weeks. I wanted partial refund or exchange but seller wanted me to basically jump through hoops (get a certified statement from mechanic, return everything in original packaging, etc.) to return items. First time I've ever had an issue with an Amazon seller.
