I have owned a large number of delay, reverb, and multi-effects pedals in the day. This one. Well has to be one of the weirder ones.Let me be clear, I don't think there is anything wrong with the algorithms, when in combination. I think that is kind of the point, to be additive with them. This pedal is at the end of the day an ambient and shoegaze pedal for synths and guitar. Synths, well you don't include stereo unless synths were in mind. With that being said, it will dramatically alter whatever sound you run through it, in a good way.Rundown:Build quality: 5/5 - It has weight. It's not cheap feeling. Knobs are flat out solid.Weirdness: 5/5 - It's two delays and a reverb, some delays and reverbs are typical, and others are just out there. It's basically sound painting with them.Fun: 5/5 It's FUN!Subtle: 0/5 - It's not meant to be a H90 or Helix replacement. It's going for something very specific, not a broad range of sounds. In short if you have synths or play ambient or shoegaze music, you will have a blast. This is what this pedal does, it does well. It sounds great. My advice...take it to its extremes. Don't chase it being normal.

In a word; amazing. This thing is absolutely fantastic, and even though I’ve spent a few hours experimenting, I haven’t even begun to get into the true depth of it yet. If you’re looking to get one of these, I highly recommend finding a good long video that goes into the details. I’m not super well versed in these kinds of effects, so I really can’t comment on how it compares to other pedals, but what I can tell you is that this sounds amazing. I’ve spent several hours just sitting on the floor next to this pedal dialing in different sounds. Some are ambient and serene, some are wildly experimental and not super musical, and some are just good, solid, regular effects. It does everything from gig in the gross bar downtown, to sci-fi movie sound effects. I love this pedal, and I absolutely recommend it.

I used this as my first pedal looper and it works great with my keyboard and amp setup. Ambient reverb options are very nice and I love the ability to set up my own presets. Looper is fun and allows for an abundance of tracks.

Really one of the most versatile effects pedals I've used. Can make everything from beautiful ocean sounds to more shoegazy tones all the way to harsh noise. The built in looper is just the cherry on top. Being able to have so many different presets means I can drastically change my tone mid song, and it's great.

Upfront my beef is with the Reverbs, they are not full range, bright, lack body and depth. I expected them to be as good as R7x2, they are not. Oddly they are high fidelity, just have no bass, low mids and depth. Now to the positives, the delays in this are killer I wouldn't hesitate to buy a slightly smaller unit with just the delays. This can creates drones with every delay or reverb, freeze, loop, switch order of delays during loop, etc.For me the delays in this have clarity on attack in most modes, then take over with a expected flavor or unique. Some delays modes are extreme or limited use, but there are more than enough great ones.I just recently got this, hopefully there will be a firmware update to restore the full frequency to reverbs, some of the oddly artifacts able to be controlled with mod or x control like R7.I feel like BPM should be in this pedal and will search for it more, as that would be amazing. It doesn't show MS or BPM currently which is a tad annoying.Lots of potential with routing and great tones for delay, reverb more of a second reverb into preferred reverb as of now, may change with updates. If you don't need lush reverbs and moreso care about the delays and functionality you will love this. Me I am on the fence right now.
