Problem solver spherical bushing cured random steering wheel shake. Dont torque to oem spec.. read somewhere that the sleeve will punch through the washer. Overall satisfied with this repair.

After changing the rubber bushing to this problem solver busing, the car got noisy and the suspension seems to be to that soft. I wrote to Moog customer service and I did not get an answer, so I took them away and reinstall the rubber bushing. I gave two star instead of one , because it seems like a good solution, and maybe a customer service advice would have solved the noisy issue, but since they did not answer, I will never know.
