The pattern is pre-cut but definitely not grinded so had lots of bumps and uneven edges. Once foiled to put together, they did not line up so didn’t turn out well.

Arrived broken twice. The pieces are very roughly cut and don't fit together super well. It is a good starter kit just to get your feet wet.

Recently had surgery not really able to cut again , so this was perfect to foil, solder and assemble for a gift. Its quite opaque, not see through per se. Daughter really liked it though. May buy some more till I can cut glass again.

Nice kit with good pre-cut shapes. The only thing I didn’t like was that a printed pattern to use to align the stained glass while putting it together was not included. The back of the package says a pattern can be downloaded (see picture or url on back of package) but that “page” is no longer available. Kinda frustrating. This is not the fault of the reseller (Delphi Glass) but an issue with Diamond Tech Glass that makes the product. The shipping from Delphi/Amazon was fast and arrived with no broken pieces. The pre-cut shapes are great for making a quick item. Just wish the manufacturer had included the pattern to work on and/or had the pattern available as stated.
