It's very nice how all the pieces fit together and there's even wooden nubs to hold onto as you pour. My only gripe is that the wooden nubs still transfer and uncomfortable amount of heat if you're brewing above 180F for oolongs and blacks. After repeated pours, I find it hard to hold onto the nubs long enough to finish pouring out all the tea. Overall, very good choice for greens and whites.

big opening=easy to clean. super compact=easy to store.Examine your tea set closely for defects though. Mine came without an airhole on the lid. I had to return and buy a new one.

I’ve taken this on a business trip and it travelled well. It is well made and thoughtfully packaged, with a tea cloth which doubles as cushion and a rubber band that holds everything together. It is for sure made by a thoughtful artisan.My three grips are these -1. The bunny lid lift it is very small and its contour is tricky to hold even with my small dexterous hands. There is just one angle to hold it securely. I fear dropping the lid is not far in the future. That feature needs a different design.2. When you put the lid down, it makes a brittle thin-stoneware-about-to-crack sound, in stark contrast to the rest of the piece that seem way more robust. The lid needs a redesign.3. The texture of set is stoneware rather than porcelain. I can’t say I prefer this texture over the smoother porcelain.But still, the set travels well and is very functional.

I was looking for a cup in the 5-7oz range to use with my gaiwan, and came across this. I fell in love with the looks of it and ordered it without paying a lot of attention to the photos or anything else. So imagine my delighted surprise when it a) arrived one day earlier than promised, b) had a very nice looking hard-sided travel case, c) and it even had a tea cloth, d) was extremely well-packaged with the figure-8 rubber band to hold it all together and wide elastic strap to hold it in the case, e) and then I finally got to the gaiwan and cup and they were even better looking than in the photos and still the perfect size for me. All in all, I have to say I am extremely pleased with this purchase, and looking forward to using it on a daily basis and taking it with me when I travel.

Nice little set. I was a bit surprised, that insides of the pot are not glazed. Same as the rim on the cup. Nevertheless, when drinking it does not concern and is not felt on the lips.There was something wrong in the packaging though, as pot cover/lid came broken in half. Suppose that it was rattling inside during transportation and was not properly secured by the soft padding. Had to glue it, as I had to chance to send it back for exchange/refund.Otherwise all was OK and I like the set. Great for 1 person.

I love nearly everything about this set. It's classy looking. It's easy to use. There's no leaking. It's easy to move from place to place because of its perfect size. The case is very nice. I've set up a new experience by using this lovely set that performs beautifully. Well done.

Great looking small tea pot. Really nice for making small portions of nice tea like Oolong or various whole leaf green teas. Fits perfectly in its travel pouch, well protected, the amount of tea is perfect - I have it with me on every trip. Also, it looks so cute :D

This is a simply beautiful and exquisitely made mini tea pot and cup. It comes with a traveling case that will keep it safe during the worst bangs and crashes. More, it is perfect for the best of teas, when you just want to savor a few sips before deciding whether or not to purchase more. I will use this tea set again and again and recommend it to you without reservation.

I brought this set to my office and I plan to use it for traveling. It packs up nicely in its case. It's easy to use and brews a good cup of tea. I recommend it.

This might be my favorite personal purchase in a while. First, it looks nice and elegant. The design is impeccable. It's simple yet attractive. As far as use, the pot pours nicely and filters the tea beautifully. I love the feel of it in my hand. The cup is nice to drink from. The slightly rougher texture around the rim makes for a lovely tactile feel as you drink. Overall, a wonderful set. The one thing I'd like to see is a couple rubber rings to pad the pieces for a more sure/safe travel closure. Other than that, I have no complaints and would recommend this to anyone looking for a personal tea set.
