Purchased to crush my vitamins as my stomach does not digest very well. will crush to a powder in mere seconds, just what i needed. Great seller as well. Replaced the product as the first onr came chipped. Very attentive and smooth process. Will buy from again if needed.

This looked so beautiful. I purchased three different small mortar and pestle sets for different reasons. But this one was my most disappointing because it was so small. It only states small, but it is about 2". I can't image any real use for it. It is the smallest I've ever purchased/had.

Such a beautiful tiny mortar & pestle of polished stone. Yet, I agree with the other reviewers: the pestle needs to be longer, at least 50% longer. It was just so beautiful I had to buy & see for myself. Also, the interior surface needs small ridges and rough surface to better hold and grind spices. And, the color is not green like pics advertised.

This Motor and Pestle is exactly what I needed to crush pills and vitamins to put in food. It is a small "kitchen counter" size, made with marble and has a felt pad for the base. It's perfect for me.
