This part was an exact match to our 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe / also called hank. Just removed very easily the old one put this back in line and flow direction. Works no check engine light. Such a reasonable cost. Compared to other vendors. Reviewed; By Awkward1

Amazon Confirmed Fit says it will fit my car but the product description says nothing about BMWs. I did see a couple of reviews saying it fit their E39s so I took the chance. It works and now my car's drivability issues are gone. I hope it lasts a long time but for the price, I'll keep buying another one if I have to.

This was the perfect MAF replacement for my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon. I removed the original MAF and installed the new one in less than 15 minutes. Very easy repair/upgrade and no CELs! Fit was perfect.

I replaced my MAF sensor as a part of my regular service on my 2000 BMW 528i, it fit perfect and it did not create any new fault codes. It was very easy to install and I could not tell if it alone added any more horse power or fuel economy because I also replaced my coils, plugs, fuel filter, air filter and O2 sensors so for now my 2000 is running like it was brand new again. I highly recommend his part if your full light is on and you need it however I would do everything at once to eliminate any worry’s.

A bit of a struggle to get the connector in, not a great fit, would worry me if I lived where there's winter or salt. A couple months in still works perfectly.

I give this MAF sensor an overall 3 stars, only because it will fix your problem immediately to get you out of a jam. TEMPORARILY! Sensor went out, check engine light came on...I ordered this one, installed it, problem went away...awesome! Well...this sensor literally lasted only 3 months! I ordered it September 5, installed it on the 15th. The car sat parked from the 22nd of September until December 20th when I decided to drive this car again. (Been driving my X5 due to the snow storm we had come through MO. Only reason the 5 series sat parked) Anyway, have been driving the car for 7 days. On December 28th, the check engine light came on again, and the car began driving sluggish. Checked for codes of course...and low and behold it's the MAF sensor throwing it. Good news, because it's an inexpensive fix, but bad news because technically this sensor is still considered new...like brand new! Smh. Long story short. Good product if you just need to bandaid the problem. Certainly not for long term use and repair. Hence the price of roughly $20 bucks. To some, that may be worth it for a quick fix. To others...pay the $80 dollar difference, get the OEM brand and not risk being stranded when your bandaid decide to come off during your road trip only 3 months after installing it.

Cheap parts can be a gamble, especially when it comes to critical engine management sensors like this MAF sensor. At $20, that's a risk I could afford to take, and the other reviews here helped me over the hump.Installed on my '03 Tiburon GT which had difficulty running on cold starts, choppy and inconsistent idle even when warm, was way down on power, and would randomly buck and stutter under gentle driving. After the few minutes it took to install (remember to disconnect your battery) my car started up as designed, idled smoothly, and ran consistently as before. In short, it works and my car is fixed!
