Bought this Load Sensing Portioning valve for my 01’ Tacoma only to realise at the end of install the return brake line threads start deeper while oem sits flush with opening. So unfortunately this doesn't work for an 01-04 Toyota Tacoma AS STATED!

started leakin right away. same problem as the old one which was also from amazon.47910-34070 Toyota OEM part number if you need it.

The nut that holds the valve or cylinder was loose, I finished the installation and starting drive for about 49 minute and took a peek underneath to see if everything was fine and noticed the brake fluid was all over, I remove the dust cover to find where was leaking, I turned the nut with my hand and tight it with my tools, let’s see what it happens or I will return it, good thing I am a mechanic and don’t have to pay a repair shop.My advice check it before installing it, it’s a pain in the butt to reinstall the dust over.

After reading all the reviews after I have my problem, I realize it is not uncommon with this one. This product leaks at the base of the proportional valve where the boot slides on faulty product I would purchase elsewhere or from a different seller.
