I was searching for the passenger side switch then saw this was cheaper. Ordered it, had it delivered, went to install it, tested it and down was up and up was down. Then I realized I ordered the driver side. Needless to say, I had to return this one due to my own error but the product worked and would have worked properly had I put it on the correct side.I just finished installing the replacement part I ordered for the correct side. Great seller and the products worked properly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to swap out the OEM seats switches on my 2020 Tesla Model 3 with this new unit. It's an exact replacement that is identical and so easy to swap out. Move your seat forward and up to allow access to remove a single screw that holds the seat trim on. Pull the trim out and you have full access to the seat switch unit. Remove the 3 screws holding that in place and unplug the wire connector. Remount the new unit with the 3 screws you removed and plug the connector back in. Pop the trim back into place and secure it with the first screw you removed. You're done ✔️! They give you a philips screw driver with the unit but you actually need a T20 Torx driver for the 4 screws you remove and install.Doing this replacement myself saved several hundred dollars that Tesla wanted to charge me for the parts and labor. It literally took me like 10 minutes!
