This was a very easy install. I had to resplice the original male terminals into this new ignition and was ready to start it, ends up being backwards! This company reversed the ignition for OFF being ON and ON being OFF were the keys stay inserted into the ignition. So when the bike is ON, the keys can completely be out of the ignition while the bike is running and when the bike is OFF keys are stuck inside. What a waste of time, there is no point of having a key if you can’t take it out preventing theft. These should NOT be sold smh

It works but I had to play with it for a while,it only works when the ignition is off…off is on and on is off.I put it in a honda 75 dirt bike.

I swapped the ignition. Turned it on and nothing. Checked that the bike had spark and nothing. Swapped the wires around and nothing. Turned the key off, and we got spark. Swapped the wires around again and with the key off, and the bike had spark. So I guess if someone tries to steal the bike, they will turn it on and won't be able to start it. I could have just bypassed the original ignition, if I didn't want to use a key.
