This is a Motorcraft box with 6 wires. They are grey with black ends. The side of wires shows Motorcraft E5595, its normal and part of the label on the box. They went on well and work great.

In replacing my spark plugs, on my Mustang, I also replaced the wires with Motorcraft (WR5978 Tailored Wire set) featuring high quality jacket, to resist moisture, oil abrasion, and cracking due to engine heat or extreme cold temperature. The boots are designed to exacting ford specifications,They come ready to install, and two, and a half hours later, my car is tuned.
